Cancellation of booking: only written cancellations are considered valid. For last-minute cancellations (up to one month prior to the date of arrival) we charge up to 80% of the entire period booked. The confirmatory deposit will not be refunded. We suggest to make an insurance about the cancellation of booking.
In case of delayed or missed arrival and of earlier departure we will charge 100% of the settled daily rate until the end of the stay.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the arrival day until 9 a.m. on the departure day.
For the payment we accept: cash and checks. You are pleased to pay the day before departure.
Pets are not allowed.
